What size is right for me?

The average adult size for a bracelet is 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 inches. The actual size of the bracelet changes based on the size of beads used as bigger beads require more length. The best way to tell your actual size is to measure 1″ below your wrist.

Necklace sizes are more varied and the lengths are determined by the configuration of beads and artistic design. If you prefer a particular length for a necklace, just ask prior to shipping and it will be adjusted at no charge.

Necklace Lengths:

16″ Choker – should fit close but comfortably above the collar bone.

17″ – 19″ Princess – should rest just over the collar bone. This length is well suited for crew and high necklines, although it can also complement a low neckline.

20″ – 24″ Matinee – should be fitting for both casual and dressy wear, resting comfortably on the chest.

What if I need a different size for a bracelet or necklace?

Resizing is free if you are able to provide your wrist size or necklace length preferred before the item is shipped. Any resizing after the item has been delivered will require the customer to cover shipping fees for returning and resending.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards are accepted and securely processed through Paypal. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information during processing, using SSL Protocol at 128-bit encryption key length (meaning the information is scrambled) which is the most secure level available. You do not need to open an account with Paypal to use this payment method. You can also contact Terry by telephone (413-320-1130) to have a credit card processed over the phone without the use of paypal.

If you prefer, you can pay for your purchase with a check or money order. Once the payment has cleared your item will be mailed promptly. Please email Terry at terry@magicalbeadstalk.com to let her know that you have made a purchase and a check or money order is being mailed.

What are your shipping methods?

US orders will be shipped via USPS. There is a flat fee of $5.00 to cover shipping, insurance and tracking for your item(s).

For international orders, Global Priority Mail will be used at a cost of $11.50. It will be your responsibility to pay the Duty or taxes required for international orders. Custom forms will list the purchased merchandise with the actual purchase price in US dollars.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Within 48 hours of receiving payment. If paying by check or money order, it will need to clear the bank before the item(s) will be shipped.

Do you provide a warranty?

In the unlikely event that a piece of jewelry purchased from Magical Beadstalk breaks or needs repair because of a design error within 6 months of purchase, the repair will be done free of charge.

Please remember that each piece of jewelry is handmade and designed to last a long time. To help guarantee that you will have the jewelry for many years to come, care needs to be given to ensure its beauty and wearability.

Care Instructions:

To keep your jewelry from breaking, it is recommended that you do not wear it while bathing, swimming or during other activities that include the use of harsh chemicals, as they can damage your jewelry.

All the silver in the jewelry is sterling, which will tarnish over time. Given the harshness of chemicals in liquid cleaners and dip tarnish removers which can damage jewelry components, it is recommended that you use a polishing cloth instead.

What is your return policy?

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange it for another piece, or return the item for refund, (less shipping charges) within 10 days of the date received.
